30-Day Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it

In its original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Please note that returns requested after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Intimate apparel or sanitary goods

Gift cards and downloadable software products

Clearance or final sale items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@alnyra.com with your order number and photos of the item.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please email support@alnyra.com as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
